ARCHAELOGICAL MUSEUM OF NAXOS
Naxos Archaeological Museum exhibits archaeological findings from excavations that started after the Second World War. These findings date from the Neolithic to the Early Christian times (5300BC-5th century AC).
Some of the displays are: marble cycladic figurines, jewellery from the Copper Age, capiters, vases etc.
The Museum is lodged at the old Commerce School of Iisouites, which is now identified as a historic monument. The School was built by Francs and it's typical of Naxo's style of the 17th century.
