Very famous name, that leads us to known traditional tastes, made with love and care for us. The "taste journey" started having as a guide MAMA. Your mother, my mother, our mother in a journey that the recipes are our heritage of our tradition.
It is very nice to see recipes being passed from generation to generation, making a long journey over the centuries that reach our days so fresh and with lots of imagination, carrying with them the culture and the history of the lands and the MAMAs that created them.
Over these years, during our journey through cooking, we came across and learned many things, many techniques, ingredients and foods. All these, being influenced by our childhood and our teenage years, with MAMA being our teacher, and later on trying
Grand chef¢s cooking.
